Assistant Store Manager

This is a key role within Cruise, you shall be an ambassador of our business, developing it in your city and ensuring it remains synonymous with luxury confirming that the point of difference between Cruise and our competitors is our level of service. You shall recruit, train, lead and motivate staff to provide the ultimate Cruise Shopping Experience whilst ensuring the highest standards of store presentation, display and operation. You also have responsibility for assisting your store manager in maximising profitable sales turnover.
